PMO (Project Management Office) Training

A PMO is generally responsible for standards, processes, best practice for managing projects, guidance, documentation and metrics related to the practices surrounding the management and implementation of projects within the organisation. A PMO is also usually involved in project-related tasks and follows up on project activities through to completion thereby assisting with the successful delivery of Projects.

The PMO role has come a long way and with tons of IT projects being launched every day the demand is on an upward shift.

If you are interested in  PMO training that will get you into the marketplace quickly…we can boldly affirm that you have come to the right place!

What separates us from the multitude of training providers out there is our focus on getting you up and ready for the roles and responsibilities you will encounter as a PMO practitioner in a professional work environment... and of course, helping to get you into the job market as quickly as possible

How do we do this?

Spouting theoretical jargons to people looking to further their career is not helpful to anyone. The trainee might as well read up on the internet or watch videos on YouTube; our experience shows that it is much more effective giving you a direct transference of these skills by getting you to do some core activities right there in the classroom...This is a real hands-on environment!

What will you learn?

This course has been designed to provide a clear understanding of what constitutes a project, the project process and project administration (including Project Office), to enable you to provide more effective support to ongoing and new projects.
