| Prior to establishing the business, Steve has worked as an Information Technology consultant since 1989. During the years he has provided consultancy services to companies such as: Deutche Bank, BoNY, British Telecom, Lloyds of London, and NHS Information Authority, Roche Pharmaceutical etc. where he focused on client and technology delivery partnership revenue opportunities. |

| When not directing the affairs of Careertesters, Stephen divides his time between playing golf, coaching and sponsors his local under-12 football team. A keen Rugby player who had to retire due to injury, Stephen also enjoys playing cricket. |
